Route details

There are plenty of places to park and start anywhere along the bike path so whichever is most convenient for you is the one to go for. It is an out and back route with only a few small bits of navigation required through the towns.

The map and profile show the route from one end to the other, so keep in mind every step out is a step you need to do back. The route is great for every type of running you would want to do, and even has quick access into some seriously steep hills up the south side of the Ochils. PH racing club even host their annual Tilli 10km race every Christmas.
