Route details
Park at the Whitelee wind farm visitors centre. From here you are straight onto dirt roads and the navigation is extremely easy. The Loch Goin loop is way marked the whole way so just follow the sign posts.
There are plenty of extensions to loop and not all will get their own route on here due to repetitiveness so feel free to explore more. These dirt roads are perfect for easy runs but would also be a great spot for tempo runs and fartleks so it is quite a versatile training location. Just make sure to check the weather forecast in advance as it gets bleak on a bad day, trust me. They put a wind farm here for a reason!
