Route details

There is charged parking in the park and the loop is relatively straight forward. Get onto the main road around the park and follow it, the only exception would be near the start. After 500m (north-east side of the park) bear left, not right out of the park, then turn right up a trail to rejoin the main road around the park.

This loop is only 2 miles so a few loops may be needed for an easy run but the tarmac is smooth and wide so it is also a good place to pick up the pace on a tempo run or fartlek.
