A nice, quiet 8 mile route giving a little taste of what this section of the Tweed valley has to offer.

Internationally recognised as a haven for mountain bikers, the forestry tracks of The Golfie provide a fine traverse of one of the picturesque hills visible from Innerleithen’s high street.

A brilliant undulating 11 mile loop with less than half a mile of tarmac and some great views over the Tweed valley. This is a personal favourite.

How Minch Moor to go?
Another classic summit of the Tweed valley. Fantastic views, brilliant dirt roads, and some single track on ancient rights of way to the summit.

A great 8 mile hill run in the Tweed valley, offering great views over the Moorfoot, Manor valley, and Tweed hills.

A long, tough, hilly day out with fantastic views in the heart of the Southern Uplands. Though challenging at times, it is well worth it, particularly with a trip to the Milkman after.

Gypsy Glen Half Horseshoe
This 7 mile route is a more gentle little brother to the full horseshoe but do not be deceived. This route will still challenge and still throws out some great views.
